LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer local delivery within a 10 mile radius for a fee of $5.00.
At checkout, when you enter your mailing address + postal code, an option for local delivery will be available [if you are within our delivery range].
We will drop your order off at your doorstep and we will message you once it has been delivered.
If you are located inside an apartment or condo building, please leave a buzzcode or specific instructions for us at checkout.
Shipping + Delivery
Fifteen5ive uses USPS as the shipping courier of choice. All shipping prices are automatically determined by the United States Postal Service (USPS). After placing an order, standard processing and handling times for our business are 2-5 business days. Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday or holidays. This does not include the shipping couriers shipping time.
Processing time is the time between when an order is placed by a customer and when the order is fulfilled by our business. Orders that require shipping are considered fulfilled when we give the shipment to a shipping carrier service. Based on your selected service, shipping typically takes an average of 2-5 days.

RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of our product, all products sold and distributed by Fifteen5ive are final sale and are not available for refund. Please choose carefully.
If your products are damaged upon arrival or your package has not been received, Fifteen5ive will provide an order replacement once the last scanned movement has exceeded 7 business days. Please do not hesitate to contact us by using our contact form located in the CONTACT US tab so we can resolve the issue!
Orders that are returned to the Fifteen5ive warehouse due to your package being deemed undeliverable by the carrier used to ship your package will be issued an E-Gift Card. The gift card will be delivered via email for the retail cost of the products purchased and will not include the cost of shipping upon the return of your order to our facility. Please note, we will not issue a refund or re-ship packages that return to the Fifteen5ive warehouse.
